A big part of this role happens out in the field: knocking on doors, visiting local businesses, schools, churches, and community organizations, and introducing them to Mo' Bettahs catering. You'll build relationships face to face, follow up on leads, and turn first-time customers into loyal, repeat catering partners.\nThis is the perfect role for someone who enjoys preparing quality food, working within a team, taking ownership of their responsibilities, and loves making customers experience Mo' Bettah.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:\nServe as the first point of contact for all catering inquiries for the restaurants in your district.\nProspect for new catering business in the field by visiting local businesses, offices, schools, and organizations in person, dropping off menus and samples, and building lasting relationships.\n Develop and maintain a pipeline of new leads, and consistently follow up to convert prospects into recurring catering customers.\nRespond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online submissions to assist guests with catering orders.\nProvide detailed information about our catering menu, pricing, and service options while embodying the Aloha spirit.\nAnswer customer questions, make recommendations, and upsell catering packages when appropriate.\nProcess and confirm all catering orders with accuracy, ensuring all necessary details (guest count, dietary needs, delivery/pickup times, etc.) are recorded correctly.\nCoordinate order and delivery fulfillment with your Mo' Bettahs locations.\nCommunicate effectively with your general manager and the team to ensure timely preparation and delivery.\nProactively follow up with customers to confirm details, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.\nMaintain a catering order log and track key performance indicators such as order volume, customer feedback, new accounts, and repeat business.\nWork closely with each restaurant's leadership to optimize the catering process.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest experience.\nAssist in resolving any issues related to catering orders, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer.\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED:\nAt least 18years old\n\nMustbe authorized towork in the US\n\nMust have a valid driver's license\n\nRestaurant experience preferred\n\nAvailable to work Monday-Sunday\n\nBasic experience with computers,i.e.Microsoft Suite, email, iPad\n\nAbility to travel 50% of the time\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nPosition requires qualified individuals to see,hearand speak (verbally and audibly). Required toascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time,lift upto 30 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May berequiredto work outside in various weather conditions. May berequiredto work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Mustdiscloseprescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions.
