You will mentor & lead your team of General Managers in various locations. You will wear many different hats, but your primary responsibilities oversee the development of the Mo' Bettahs brand daily. You will be the contact for all business operations within your district. You will ensure the growth and development of your teams within the district, especially regarding deployment, team building, and strategic people development. The District Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations. The DM will handle the day-to-day operations while building and executing a strategic plan to deliver same-store sales growth, improve the guest experience, and instill a culture of positivity and growth.\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED:\n3+ years of restaurant leadership experience with at least 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience\n\nStrong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team\n\nProventrack recordof developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader\n\nEnthusiastic, positive, and driven\n\nAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment\n\nAdaptable to new processes and systems\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nCar program!
