You will work alongside People Operations, Payroll, Finance, and IT to keep Workday running smoothly for Team Members across the organization, troubleshooting issues, implementing improvements, and partnering with external partners on projects and escalations. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, careful attention to detail, a service minded approach to supporting users, clear communication with technical and non-technical partners, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nAdminister, configure, and maintain Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Reporting, and Recruiting.\nServe as an escalation point for Workday support issues, troubleshooting and resolving requests submitted by Team Members and leaders.\nMaintain business processes, security roles and groups, condition rules, notifications, and overall tenant configuration.\nBuild and maintain reports, calculated fields, and dashboards, and support mass data loads and corrections using EIB and related tools.\nManage Workday release cycles, including reviewing release notes, assessing impact, coordinating testing in Sandbox Preview, and communicating changes to affected teams.\nGather requirements from People Operations, Payroll, Finance, and IT partners, then design, configure, test, and deploy solutions following established SDLC practices.\nTrack and manage work in Jira or a comparable ITSM tool, maintaining clear status, documentation, and communication throughout.\nCollaborate with external implementation partners and vendors on projects, escalations, and system enhancements.\nSupport and monitor Workday integrations, including troubleshooting failures and validating data flowing to and from downstream systems.\nMaintain data integrity and system security, supporting periodic access reviews, audits, and compliance requirements.\nCreate and maintain configuration documentation, standard operating procedures, and job aids for system users.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve system efficiency, and bring recommendations forward proactively.\nWhat You'll Need:\nMinimum of a bachelor's degree in information technology, human resources, business administration, or a related field required\nMinimum of 5 years related experience required\nStrong understanding of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting\nUnderstanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies\nWorking experience with ITSM tools such as Jira, or like systems\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills\nStrong commitment to providing excellent user support and improving system efficiency\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\nClear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners\nMaintaining an elevated level of confidentiality with Team Member, compensation, and system data\nStrong commitment to culture and company values\nMust be able to work Monday - Friday in our Lehi, UT office\n3 years in Workday HCM system administration preferred\nMinimum of 2 years of software developer experience preferred\nWORKING CONDITIONS:\nThe position requires qualified individuals to see, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 30 pounds; bend, stoop, and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state.
