and mobile security best practices.\n\n- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to engineering teams.\n\n- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.\n\n- Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, release management, and operational excellence.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\n- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years focused on mobile application development.\n\n- 5+ years of hands-on experience with React Native in large-scale production environments.\n\n- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern mobile application architecture patterns.\n\n- Deep understanding of iOS and Android native platforms and mobile performance optimization.\n\n- Experience building enterprise-grade eCommerce or retail mobile applications.\n\n- Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.\n\n- Expertise in mobile security,
