feedback into future projects.\n\n- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and workload.\n\n- Ensure effective communication among developers, testers, designers, and other team members.\n\n- Address team conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.\n\n- Foster a collaborative and productive team culture.\n\n- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and project specifications.\n\n- Compile project reports, lessons learned, and technical documentation.\n\n- Transfer completed projects to the client or operational team.\n\n- Oversee the initial support period after project delivery.\n\nSkills and Competencies :\n\n- Strong technical understanding of IT systems, software, and infrastructure.\n\n- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n\n- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\n- Ability to manage multiple projects and
