reviews.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and database engineers.\nParticipate in system design discussions, sprint planning, and technical decision-making.\nIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to improving engineering standards.\nWork closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n5-8 years of hands-on experience in software development.\nStrong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming.\nSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.\nExperience building highly scalable, distributed systems.\nStrong experience with RESTful API design and development.\nProven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects.\n\nAbility to analyze both systems: \nBroadly: client-server architecture, databases, system flow.\nDeeply: concurrency, threads, performance, and complexity.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience with microservices architecture.\nFamiliarity with Spring Boot / Spring Framework.\nExposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).\nKnowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and performance tuning.\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nSkills\nJava,
