design, code reviews, and technical discussions.\nEnsure best practices in coding, testing, security, and performance optimisation.\nTroubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability.\n\nRequirements: \n5-8 years of strong experience in Java backend development.\nHands-on expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.\nStrong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.\nExperience with databases (SQL/NoSQL, like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).\nKnowledge of distributed systems, caching (Redis), and messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.\n\nGood to Have: \nPrior experience in fintech / payments / lending / banking systems.\nExposure to high-volume transaction systems.\nUnderstanding of security, compliance (PCI-DSS), and financial data handling.\nExperience in event-driven architecture.\nStrong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.\nAbility to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.\nPassion for building scalable and reliable systems.\nGood communication
