If you thrive on technical deep dives, love tackling new challenges, and are always hungry to explore what’s next in tech - we want to hear from you!\nTasks\nThat's What It's About:\nAssess on-premises environments using Azure Migrate and develop tailored migration strategies (rehosting, re-platforming, refactoring).\nPlan and execute migrations from on-premises infrastructure to cloud environments (Azure, VMware, hybrid).\nDeploy and manage Azure networking components such as NSGs, Firewalls, and VNETs, maintaining security and performance standards.\nManage and troubleshoot Azure VMs, networks, and cloud infrastructure.\nUse tools like Azure Migrate and VMware HCX to support seamless migrations.\nCollaborate with internal IT teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximum performance.\nProvide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring cloud environments are secure, scalable, and efficient.\nMonitor and troubleshoot cloud systems, implementing best practices for performance and reliability.\nStay up to date on Azure advancements, recommending process improvements, and leveraging new tools to enhance cloud migration efforts.\nMaintain detailed system documentation and continuously improve infrastructure processes.\nBring strong technical, analytical, and supervisory skills with a collaborative mindset.\nRequirements\nThis Is You:\n3+ years of experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure roles.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud migration strategies.\nStrong knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server, Unix, Active Directory, Horizon/Citrix, and networking.\nExperience with Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, Application Gateways) and Azure Virtual Desktop.\nFamiliarity with cloud migration tools such as Azure Migrate or VMware HCX.\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.\nGood team player with a proactive and positive mindset.\nEnglish fluency (German and/or Portuguese is a plus).\nNice to Have:\nMicrosoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305).\nExperience with hybrid cloud environments.\nKnowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash).\nAt MobiLab, we are committed to empowering our employees to bring their creative mindset into action, guiding our customers toward reaching their full data potential, and becoming Cloud-native organizations.\nWe are a diverse and dynamic team united by delivering engineering excellence.
