As a Salesforce Platform Administrator, you will own the administration, configuration, governance and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environments while acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and support the optimisation of related business processes and systems.\nWho you are\nStrong hands-on experience administering, configuring and automating Salesforce, including objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows, approval processes, reports and dashboards.\nExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; knowledge of additional Salesforce products is an advantage.\nSolid understanding of Salesforce security and access management, including profiles, permission sets, roles, groups, sharing rules and field-level security.\nExperience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into practical Salesforce solutions.\nFamiliarity with Agile ways of working, Salesforce integrations, APIs and common integration patterns.\nStrong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with business stakeholders, end users and technical teams.\nWhat you will do\nOwn the configuration, administration, governance and continuous improvement of our Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments, including relevant integrations.\nProvide day-to-day operational and project support to Salesforce users across multiple teams, business units and locations.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions by configuring objects, fields, formulas, flows, approval processes, validation rules, reports and dashboards.\nManage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings and field-level security to ensure appropriate access and platform governance.\nSupport data quality and data-management activities, including imports, exports, cleansing, migrations and mass updates.\nManage and prioritise the Salesforce backlog with business stakeholders, super-users, IT teams and implementation partners.\nCoordinate testing, releases and change activities, including user acceptance testing, documentation, training and user adoption.\nIdentify opportunities to automate processes, improve the user experience and increase the efficiency, scalability and reliability of Salesforce.\nWhat we offer\nMeaningful work with diverse, international, highly skilled and passionate teams which give you the chance to make a difference in our customers’ lives.\nCompetitive compensation, conference & education budget.
