At MobileAction, you'll work alongside talented teams, help some of the world's leading mobile companies grow, and make a direct impact on customer success.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Mid-Level Product Manager to join our Product team and help build impactful products that solve real customer problems and drive business growth.\nIn this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and customer-facing teams to identify opportunities, understand user needs, and turn insights into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.\nYou will own product initiatives end to end, from discovery and prioritization to development, release, and performance monitoring. We value product thinking that focuses on customer value and business impact rather than simply delivering more features.\nWhat You'll Do\nConduct customer research and interviews to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities.\n\nResearch competitors, market trends, and best practices to inform product decisions.\n\nAnalyze product metrics, user feedback, and behavioral data to identify improvement opportunities.\n\nOwn product initiatives from discovery and planning through implementation, release, and monitoring.\n\nTranslate business objectives and user needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nCollaborate with Engineering and Design teams to define solutions, assess technical feasibility, and make trade-off decisions.\n\nContribute to product roadmap planning and prioritize initiatives based on user value, business impact, and development effort.\n\nDesign and monitor experiments to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.\n\nCoordinate release testing, documentation, and communication with relevant stakeholders.\n\nMonitor post-release performance and use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.\n\nAbility to understand user needs, conduct product discovery, and translate feedback into clear product requirements.\n\nExperience with product prioritization, roadmap planning, and managing initiatives from discovery to release.\n\nAbility to discuss technical feasibility and trade-offs with Engineering teams.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile software development methodologies and SaaS product development processes.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nA customer-focused, outcome-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering seamless product experiences.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with B2B SaaS product development and working in a startup or scale-up environment.\n\nFamiliarity with mobile app development, app marketing, ASO, and digital advertising technologies.\n\nExperience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or FullStory.\n\nFamiliarity with tools and ecosystems such as Atlassian and Stripe.\n\nExperience designing experiments, validating hypotheses, and measuring product outcomes.\n\nExperience creating product documentation, release notes, or other written content.\n\nOur
