globally.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAdvanced Analytics:\nDevelop and implement predictive models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to extract meaningful insights from large datasets specific to the Telco domain.\nDesign experiments and conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product enhancement.\nMachine Learning:\nApply machine learning techniques to optimize and personalize Telco product features.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into our products, ensuring seamless user experiences.\nData Modelling:\nBuild and maintain robust data models (community detection) for Telco-specific datasets, considering scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.\nContinuously evaluate and enhance existing models (Householding and Business Community detection) to improve predictive performance.\n\nProduct Enhancement:\nWork closely with product managers to identify Telco market trends and customer needs, translating them into actionable data science projects.\nProvide data-driven recommendations to improve product features, user engagement, and overall customer satisfaction.\nCommunication:\nEffectively communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.\nQualifications:\n\nEducational Background:\nMaster's or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\nExperience:\nProven track record of at least 4 years in a data science role with a focus on Telco competitive intelligence products.\nStrong experience in applying machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling in the Telco domain.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.\nHands-on experience with relevant machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, PySpark) and data manipulation tools.\n\nDomain Knowledge:\nIn-depth understanding of Telecommunications industry trends, challenges, and emerging technologies.\nFamiliarity with Telco-specific datasets and data sources.\n\nPreferred Qualification:\nExperience with Location Intelligence, including geospatial analytics, GIS tools, and the application of location-based data in Telco products.\n\nCollaboration:\nProven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business stakeholders.\n\nCommunication
