Effective communication is an attribute we care deeply about, as you and your team will collaborate in a fast-paced engineering environment to achieve outstanding results.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nArchitect, design, build, and deliver world-class Android applications.\n\nCollaborate with engineers, product owners, and other colleagues to identify meaningful challenges and deliver business value.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, and scalable code following Android development best practices.\n\nLearn, grow, and mentor other engineers through code reviews and pair programming to accelerate their technical mastery.\n\nChallenge existing team processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\n\nContribute to and promote engineering standards and best practices, making a positive impact across the team.\n\nEnsure application performance, stability, security, and reliability across supported Android devices and operating system versions.\n\nQualifications, Skills, and Experience\n5+ years of experience in software development.\n\n4+ years of professional experience in Android development.\n\nExperience architecting, designing, building, and delivering high-quality Android applications.\n\nStrong knowledge of the Android SDK and the Android application development ecosystem.\n\nStrong proficiency in Kotlin and experience writing idiomatic, readable, and maintainable code.\n\nSolid understanding of Android architecture patterns, design principles, and SOLID principles.\n\nExperience customizing Android UI components, navigation, transitions, lists, and complex layouts.\n\nProven track record of designing and implementing high-quality, reliable, and crash-free Android applications.\n\nPractical experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous operations.\n\nExperience with dependency injection, modularization, and building maintainable application architectures.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and a good understanding of algorithms and data structures.\n\nExperience working with agile methodologies and collaborative software development practices.\n\nExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.\n\nAdvantages\nExperience designing and building highly reliable Android applications that serve millions of users.\n\nGood understanding of Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI development.\n\nExperience with Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, and reactive programming.\n\nExperience with Android testing strategies, including unit, integration, and UI testing.\n\nExperience with Gradle, build optimization, and CI/CD pipelines for Android applications.\n\nExperience with Google Play Console and the application release process.\n\nExperience with GraphQL.\n\nExperience in the FinTech industry.\n\nExperience in consumer lending or credit card issuing.\n\nOur Benefits\nRemote Office -
