The scope is broad and combines Digital Workplace, Identity & Access Management, enterprise applications, IT support and procurement.\nThis is a hands-on role with significant room for ownership. You will work alongside our existing IT Engineers while taking responsibility for internal platforms and contributing to projects that improve the way we work across the company.\nResponsibilities\nDigital Workplace\nAdminister and continuously improve Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.\n\nManage Windows endpoints through Microsoft Intune.\n\nManage device configuration, application deployment and compliance policies.\n\nImprove device provisioning and lifecycle management.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve and automate the employee digital workplace experience.\n\nIdentity & Access Management\nAdminister Microsoft Entra ID.\n\nManage and improve Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes.\n\nManage groups, roles and application access.\n\nConfigure and maintain SSO integrations.\n\nContribute to improving access governance and automation.\n\nJira, Confluence & Enterprise Applications\nAdminister and continuously improve our Jira and Confluence environments.\n\nConfigure projects, workflows, permissions, custom fields, automation and integrations.\n\nWork with teams across the company to translate their needs into practical solutions within Jira and Confluence.\n\nAdminister and support other internal SaaS platforms such as HubSpot.\n\nManage application configuration, access, licensing and lifecycle.\n\nPrior Jira or Confluence administration experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. We are looking for someone interested in developing strong expertise and ownership of these platforms.\n\nIT Support & Operations\nParticipate in day-to-day IT support and act as an escalation point for more complex issues.\n\nTroubleshoot endpoint, identity, Microsoft 365 and business application issues.\n\nImprove recurring operational processes through standardization and automation.\n\nMaintain clear technical and operational documentation.\n\nCollaborate with our Security team on security-related topics affecting the workplace environment.\n\nIT Procurement & Asset Management\nParticipate in hardware and software procurement.\n\nManage hardware lifecycle and inventory.\n\nManage software licensing and renewals.\n\nWork with suppliers and vendors.\n\nHelp evaluate new tools and services based on business and technical requirements.\n\nProjects & Continuous Improvement\nLead or contribute to internal IT projects.\n\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate existing processes.\n\nEvaluate new technologies and SaaS solutions.\n\nShare knowledge and expertise within the Office IT team.\n\nContribute to the evolution of our internal IT standards and practices.\n\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\nSeveral years' experience in IT engineering, system engineering, digital workplace, or a similar role.\n\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Entra ID and identity management.\n\nExperience managing Windows endpoints with Microsoft Intune.\n\nSolid understanding of enterprise SaaS administration.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\n\nInterest in automation, preferably with PowerShell and/or Microsoft Graph.\n\nComfortable owning technical topics and driving them forward.\n\nOrganized and structured in the way they approach work, documentation, and follow-up.\n\nGood communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.\n\nStrong analytical thinking and AI proficiency: all team members are expected to demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and make smart use of AI tools, whatever helps them work smarter and drive results in their role.\n\nFluency in English, any other language is an asset.\n\nNice to Have\nJira and/or Confluence administration experience.\n\nHubSpot administration experience.\n\nPowerShell and Microsoft Graph API experience.\n\nExperience with SAML, OIDC and SCIM.\n\nExperience with macOS management.\n\nIT asset and software license management experience.\n\nMicrosoft or Atlassian certifications.\n\nTechnical Environment\nMicrosoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)\n\nMicrosoft Entra ID\n\nMicrosoft Intune\n\nWindows\n\nMacOS\n\nJira & Confluence (Atlassian Cloud)\n\nHubSpot\n\nPowerShell\n\nMicrosoft Graph API\n\nSAML, OIDC & SCIM\n\nEnterprise SaaS platforms\n\nWhy Join Mobilexpense?\nWe’re not a giant enterprise.
