with group engineers and product managers to align priorities, plans, and delivery.\nMonitor progress against group goals, identify risks, and help teams stay focused on outcomes.\nIdentify and help resolve technical and organizational blockers.\nSupport group-level planning, communication, and management activities.\nBuild a culture of focus, accountability, and high-quality execution across a talented, experienced, and opinionated team.\nAll you need is:\nExperience leading execution across multiple teams on complex technical or product initiatives.\nStrong understanding of AI and ML development workflows, platforms, or products.\nA track record of turning strategy and roadmaps into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and delivered results.\nExperience defining success metrics and using them to guide product adoption and improvement.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to work effectively with technical teams, leaders, customers, and partners.\nSound judgment and prioritization skills, with the ability to create focus in a fast-moving environment.\nThe confidence to engage with technical challenges, surface blockers, and work with engineers to move toward
