high-volume production lines and manufacturing operations.\nPerform complex troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of production and test-related failures.\nInvestigate and resolve system-level issues across hardware, software, automation, and manufacturing domains.\nDrive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and production throughput.\nMonitor and analyze production performance, yield, and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nDevelop and implement automation, monitoring, and reporting tools.\nCollaborate closely with Software, Hardware, Integration, Quality, and Production teams.\nAll you need is:\nB.S.c in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.\nExtensive experience in Mass Production and manufacturing support environments.\nProven experience working with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and production test systems.\nStrong Python skills for automation, debugging, data analysis, and test tool development.\nStrong troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.\nBroad system-level understanding and the ability to investigate complex multidisciplinary issues.\nExperience driving process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.\nWillingness to travel internationally on a regular basis, at least once per quarter, to support manufacturing sites and critical production activities.\nNice to have:\nExperience with Automotive, RF, or Radar-based systems.\nExperience supporting global manufacturing sites.\nFamiliarity with MATLAB and data analysis tools.\nExperience with JIRA and issue-tracking
