Familiarity with asset management systems such as Hexagon or experience implementing ERP systems, experience with iPaaS integration platforms, and a software development background are all strong advantages.\nWhat will your Job look like?\nManage requirements and asset management systems, including workflows, user accounts, permissions, custom fields, dashboards, reports, and project setup.\nGather and analyze business needs, define processes with stakeholders, and write clear functional and technical specifications.\nManage projects from planning to delivery with customers and business teams. Define the scope, build schedules, track progress, and provide status updates.\nWork with vendors, explain business and technical requirements clearly, agree on expectations, and check that delivered solutions meet the requirements.\nConfigure and improve systems, compare possible solutions, and roll out changes and fixes.\nWrite complex SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data, investigate issues, and support reports and business processes.\nUse AI development tools to build and improve solutions, and review, test, debug, and maintain the code they generate.\nTrain and support users, maintain training materials, and manage the support ticket queue.\nBuild dashboards and real-time reports that help users and managers make informed decisions.\nAll you need is:\nA bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field.\nAt least 4 years of experience administering applications and designing, configuring, and implementing information systems.\nStrong SQL query writing skills and a good understanding of relational databases.\nAbility to develop solutions using AI tools and check the quality and correctness of the results.\nAbility to write clear specification documents and manage customer projects from start to finish.\nExperience working with vendors, defining clear requirements, explaining business needs, and checking that proposed solutions meet those needs.\nStrong written and spoken Hebrew and English, with the ability to explain technical topics to different audiences and deliver structured training.\nStrong learning and problem-solving skills, ownership, and self-motivation.
