You will collaborate closely with algorithm researchers and development teams to understand complex technical challenges, translate research-driven needs into detailed technical requirements, and drive the development of data tools, infrastructure, and solutions.\nThis position requires strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of data and software development, and the ability to take an active, hands-on role in solving technical challenges.\nWhat will your job look like?\nWork closely with algorithm researchers and development teams to understand research processes, identify data needs, and translate them into detailed technical requirements.\nLead the technical definition of data solutions, tools, and infrastructure supporting algorithm development, training, and validation.\nCollaborate with Data Collection and Data Infrastructure teams to ensure data quality, availability, and alignment with algorithmic requirements.\nDefine and improve data structures, standards, and workflows to support efficient algorithm development and experimentation.\nIdentify technical challenges and bottlenecks across the data lifecycle and drive practical solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.\nTake a hands-on approach to technical problem-solving, including building prototypes, automating workflows, and developing internal tools using AI-assisted development tools.\nWork with cross-functional teams, including FinOps, to optimize data storage, usage, and cost efficiency.\nAll you need is:\nB.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.\nAt least 5 years of experience in technical product management, with a strong focus on complex, engineering-driven products or platforms.\nDeep technical understanding of data systems, software architecture, development workflows, and infrastructure.\nProven experience working closely with R&D teams, translating complex technical or research-driven needs into detailed product and engineering requirements.\nHands-on technical capabilities, including the ability to independently build small tools, prototypes, or applications.\nExperience with AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical challenges and drive solutions.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical stakeholders.\nPrevious hands-on software development experience -
