architectures.\nWhat will your job look like:\nDefine system hardware architectures for EyeQ™-based automotive compute platforms, reference systems, and customer configurations.\nArchitect the integration of EyeQ™ SoCs with MCUs, memories, cameras, radars, lidars, SerDes devices, Ethernet switches, and other platform components.\nLead architectural decisions around system topology, connectivity, inter-SoC communication, power flows, logging, debug, and service interfaces.\nTranslate product and customer needs into clear system requirements, interface specifications, and design guidelines.\nDrive system-level trade-offs across performance, bandwidth, power, thermal constraints, PCB area, cost, scalability, safety, and security.\nInfluence EyeQ™ SoC requirements and drive platform BOM and component architecture.\nCollaborate across hardware, SoC, software, functional safety, cybersecurity, validation, product, and business teams.\nReview system and customer architectures, identify integration risks, and provide guidance throughout design, bring-up, and validation.\nSupport technical engagements with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, semiconductor vendors, and technology partners\nAll you need is:\nB.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\n8+ years of relevant experience in system hardware architecture, automotive electronics, embedded systems, semiconductor platforms, or complex SoC-based products.\nProven experience defining complex board-level and system-level hardware architectures.\nStrong understanding of embedded and automotive compute platforms, including MCUs, memories, PCIe, Ethernet, CAN/CAN-FD, MIPI, camera connectivity, and automotive SerDes.\nExperience with system block diagrams, interface specifications, product requirements, and reference designs.\nAbility to drive architectural trade-offs across performance, bandwidth, cost, power, thermal constraints, board area, safety, and security.\nStrong system thinking and experience driving technical decisions across multiple engineering disciplines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAdvantages\nExperience with ADAS, autonomous-driving platforms, automotive compute systems, or domain controllers.\n\nExperience with automotive SoCs, sensors, high-speed interfaces, evaluation boards, or customer platform integration.\n\nKnowledge of functional safety and ISO 26262.\n\nKnowledge of automotive cybersecurity and secure system architectures.\n\nFamiliarity with automotive standards and processes such as AEC-Q100, ASPICE, and FMEA.\n\nExperience working with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, semiconductor vendors, or external technology
