are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong System Engineer.\nIn this role, you will work closely with the VP on a daily basis, taking ownership of complex technical assignments, driving job look like?\nWork closely with the VP on a daily basis, taking ownership of technical assignments, driving engineering execution, and supporting system-level analysis, planning, and key technical decisions.\nIndependently lead complex technical assignments from problem definition through investigation, solution alignment, execution, and closure.\nDevelop a deep end-to-end understanding of complex multidisciplinary systems, their architecture, interfaces, dependencies, and operational behavior.\nLead cross-functional technical investigations, engaging the relevant engineering experts, challenging technical assumptions, and ensuring effective root cause analysis and resolution.\nPerform system-level analysis, evaluate technical alternatives, and identify dependencies and design trade-offs.\nWork closely with Software, Hardware, Algorithms, and Product teams to drive technical alignment, resolve blockers, and ensure effective execution across engineering groups.\nInvestigate complex technical challenges, identify gaps, and drive the definition and implementation of practical engineering solutions.\nIdentify execution gaps, technical risks, and cross-team dependencies, proactively driving their resolution.\nTranslate complex technical findings into clear conclusions, actionable recommendations, and decision points for senior leadership.\nSupport technical decision-making throughout the system development lifecycle, ensuring alignment between technical decisions and execution priorities.\nAll you need is:\nB.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.\nMore than 6 years of experience in System Engineering or System Design within complex technological systems, with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technical activities.\nProven ability to independently drive complex technical assignments and deliver results through multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nStrong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and multidisciplinary systems, with the ability to understand and challenge technical solutions across different engineering domains.\nAbility to analyze complex technical problems, ask the right technical questions, challenge assumptions, and drive effective problem resolution.\nExperience working closely with multidisciplinary R&D teams, including leading technical discussions and driving alignment without direct managerial authority.\nStrong execution mindset, high level of ownership, and ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.\nExcellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical topics, risks, and recommendations to senior management.\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nNice to have:\nExperience in ADAS, Autonomous Driving, or automotive systems.\nExperience working on large-scale, software-intensive, multidisciplinary systems.\nExperience driving technical investigations, system-level problem resolution, and cross-functional engineering
