This role combines hands-on customer engagement with team leadership, overseeing online sales activities, lead management, customer satisfaction, sales performance, and market development.\n__________________________________________________________________\nEssential Job Functions and Duties:\nOversee all aspects of the Buy Direct sales departmentConsumer sales and commercial sales\n\nSupport overall company initiatives\nIdentify market opportunities and leverage corporate support to drive business through local marketing.\nPartner with the Human Resources Department to hire and retain qualified candidates in support of department’s staffing plans.\nManage team performance as appropriate and effectively coach and mentor the team to drive effectiveness in each position.\nMaintain standards for customer treatment that define courteous, professional behavior and that foster complete customer satisfaction.\nSupport a training culture through the participation in company training initiatives and continuous learning.\nSupervise and promote the sale of all company products and services from all company locations, by all personnel.\nActively generate personal leads and sales volume in support of personal gross profit expectations.\nManage incoming leads as generated by the Business Development Center to ensure attainment of show rate and solution rate goals.\nAccurately forecast unit sales and gross profit levels.\nCollaborate with Director of eCommerce & Direct Sales to review the department’s progress and standing\nPromote employee engagement through the demonstration of leadership skills in support of our core values.\nComplete other duties as assigned.\nPosition Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\n2-3 Years’ experience in sales management.\nExcellent customer service skills and experience is required.\nSolid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.\nExperience working independently with minimal supervision is required.\nPhysical Demands/Work Environment:\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
