The position provides day to day oversight of sales and installation activities to drives department growth, timely job completion and premier customer service.\nEssential Job Functions and Duties:\nEnable our team to consistently deliver premier customer experience ensuring our sales and installation teams:\nTreat customers with courtesy and respect.\nConduct thorough needs analyses ensuring the right solution for the customer.\nCreate accurate proposals and clearly communicate them to the customer.\nInstall equipment per manufacturer guidelines.\nTrain customers on proper use of equipment.\nProvide day-to-day oversight, direction, and coaching for Home Access sales consultants and installation technicians.\nMeet/Exceed department sales and installed gross profit goals.\nDevelop and implement processes driving sales and accountability including proper use of all internal systems as well as Dealer portals.\nReview sales activity, appointments, proposals, and opportunities to improve solution rates and department performance on a regular basis.\nReview and approve sales proposals verifying all necessary documentation is included.\nMaintain delivery date information on Won proposals enabling accurate sales forecasting.\nWork with Parts Inventory team to order and receive product enabling jobs to be installed in a timely fashion.\nOversee technician schedules and installation workload to ensure sold jobs are installed efficiently and on time.\nOversee all Home Access Inventory parts including ordering receiving, tracking, and ensuring accurate inventory records, proper allocation to proposals, and management of rental inventory and buybacks\nMonitor outstanding installations, identify delays, and coordinate with sales and installation teams to resolve issues.\nEnsure installation quality and address callbacks, rework, and customer concerns promptly.\nSchedule installations and post completed jobs accurately and timely.\nTravel within territory as necessary.\nEnsure high level of quality in adherence to MobilityWorks company standards.\nAttend and participate in company and department meetings, in-services, and trainings as required.\nMaintain all licenses and certifications required to perform assigned duties.\nComplete other duties as assigned.\nDriver license required\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nCollege degree preferred\nSales experience\nExperience training and managing a sales team\nExperience overseeing field technicians and coordinating installation operations preferred\nExperience with Salesforce.com or similar system\nExcellent customer service skills and experience are required\nSolid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are
