# Home Access Supervisor

The Home Access Supervisor drives the transactional integrity of the Home Access business, overseeing sales consultants and installation technicians across a defined geography and ensures compliance across operations. The position provides day to day oversight of sales and installation activities to drives department growth, timely job completion and premier customer service. Essential Job Functions and Duties: Enable our team to consistently deliver premier customer experience ensuring our sales and installation teams: Treat customers with courtesy and respect. Conduct thorough needs analyses ensuring the right solution for the customer. Create accurate proposals and clearly communicate them to the customer. Install equipment per manufacturer guidelines. Train customers on proper use of equipment. Provide day-to-day oversight, direction, and coaching for Home Access sales consultants and installation technicians. Meet/Exceed department sales and installed gross profit goals. Develop and implement processes driving sales and accountability including proper use of all internal systems as well as Dealer portals.
