# Safety Manager

Position Summary: The Safety Manager will oversee, develop, and maintain the workplace safety culture across our locations nationwide. In this role, they will take a consultative approach, partnering directly with regional leadership, service managers, and facility teams to champion safe operational practices. They will serve as the subject matter expert on all workplace safety regulations, including California specific compliance frameworks (including CA SB 553 / SAIRS), and lead the development of engaging, impactful safety training programs. ________________________________________________________________________________ Essential Job Functions and Duties: Consultative Support & Relationship Building Partner collaboratively with store managers and regional teams across to identify risk and implement practical safety solutions.
