SalesForce.\nScheduling all production, service, and maintenance tasks.\nCoordinating incoming production jobs with the sales team and notifying them about scheduling, delivery, and installation demos.\nThoroughly reviewing all files before commencing installations, including approving hours, applications, fitting times, alignment requirements, and parts concerns.\nDocumenting serial numbers in the files and completing any necessary warranty cards during the production process.\nManaging all aspects of customer write-ups and interactions, including pre-printing orders using the service scheduler.\nMonitoring stock units and daily posting of labor times in DSI for ongoing jobs.\nEnsuring compliance with OSHA requirements and participating in audits.\nScheduling and conducting monthly service meetings involving all technicians and the general manager.\nWhat you should bring to the table:\nA high school diploma or GED.\n2-3 years of experience in automotive repair management.\nProficiency in electrical and/or automotive wiring.\nExceptional customer service skills and prior experience in this area.\nWhat We provide you:\nA desirable work-life balance with
