AI Bots, GenAI and Integration Solutions
About the role :
You will be responsible for selling our AI bots, GenAI and integration work. Most of your time will go into conversations with senior people at client organisations - understanding what they actually need, and working with our architects to put the right solution in front of them.
What you will do :
- Own the sales target for AI bots, GenAI, workflow automation and integration work.
- Build relationships with CXOs, CTOs, CIOs, heads of digital and transformation leads.
- Ask the right questions early, understand the business problem, and match it to the right solution.
- Work with solution architects and delivery teams on proposals, POCs and pitches.
- Run the full sales cycle - first contact, discovery, pricing, negotiation, closing, and growing the account.
- Build pipeline through outreach, partnerships, events and referrals.
- Explain value in business terms, backed by numbers.
What you need :
- 5 to 8 years of B2B sales in AI, IT services, digital transformation or enterprise technology.
- Experience selling conversational AI, AI agents, automation, integration work, or AI-based web and mobile products.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working with technical teams and turning client needs into workable solutions.
- Working knowledge of GenAI, copilots, agentic automation and CRM/ERP integration.
Good to have :
- Existing contacts in BFSI, healthcare, retail, manufacturing or government.
- Experience selling into the US, UK, UAE or Singapore.
