The environment covers Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Contact Center, and Customer Insights – Journeys, together with Power Platform and Dataverse.\n\nThe role combines hands-on development and technical leadership. Initially, the focus will be on hands-on development and establishing strong technical foundations while the development team is being built. Once the team is fully staffed, the role will evolve toward technical leadership, architecture, ALM, code quality, and mentoring.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nTeam & Technical Leadership\n\nLead and support a team of Dynamics 365 developers.\n\nTranslate functional requirements into technical designs and development tasks.\n\nCoordinate and distribute technical work across the development team.\n\nConduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards.\n\nCoach developers and support their technical growth.\n\nAct as the technical escalation point for complex issues and incidents.\n\nParticipate in technical interviews and onboard new developers.\n\nDynamics 365 Development\n\nDevelop and maintain solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Contact Center, and Customer Insights – Journeys.\n\nDeliver hands-on development using C# plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate.\n\nDesign and implement Power Platform solutions on Dataverse.\n\nWork with integrations and APIs where required.\n\nMonitor platform performance, plugin execution, API limits, and technical debt.\n\nALM & Development Standards\n\nDefine and document development standards, including naming conventions, code structure, error handling, and logging.\n\nEstablish and maintain Dynamics 365 ALM practices across DEV, UAT, PrePROD, and PROD.\n\nManage solution strategy, source control, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.\n\nOwn release management and environment strategy.\n\nEnsure solutions remain maintainable, scalable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.\n\nRequirements:\n\n5+ years of professional experience with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with C# and Dynamics 365 plugins.\n\nStrong JavaScript experience for Dynamics 365 customization.\n\nHands-on experience with Power Automate.\n\nProven experience with Dynamics 365 ALM, including solutions, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.\n\nExperience with Azure DevOps or a similar platform.\n\nStrong knowledge of Power Platform and Dataverse development patterns.\n\nExperience defining development standards and conducting code reviews.\n\nExperience leading or mentoring Dynamics 365 developers, formally or informally.\n\nStrong understanding of platform performance, plugin execution, API limits, and technical debt.\n\nExcellent spoken and written English.\n\nNice to Have:\n\nPL-400 or PL-600 certification.\n\nExperience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Contact Center, or Customer Insights – Journeys.\n\nExperience with Azure services and API integrations.\n\nTypeScript and PCF experience.\n\nExperience with Agile delivery and Scrum.\n\nExperience with Azure DevOps backlog
