The company uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform as key components of its business technology ecosystem.\n\nThe role is focused on developing and maintaining CRM functionality, modernizing legacy customizations, and harmonizing processes across different countries. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve the performance, maintainability, and scalability of the CRM platform.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDynamics 365 CRM Development\n\nDevelop and maintain functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.\n\nPerform advanced Dynamics 365 customizations based on business and technical requirements.\n\nDevelop and maintain custom solutions using JavaScript, C#, and plugins.\n\nApply Power Platform development patterns and best practices.\n\nDevelop and support new CRM functionality while maintaining existing solutions.\n\nPower Platform & Process Modernization\n\nMigrate classic Dynamics 365 workflows to Power Automate.\n\nRefactor and standardize existing JavaScript and plugin implementations.\n\nReview and rationalize Business Rules and legacy customizations.\n\nImprove the performance, maintainability, and consistency of CRM solutions.\n\nHarmonize CRM processes and applications across different countries.\n\nRequirements:\n\n3+ years of professional experience with Dynamics CRM.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with advanced Dynamics 365 customization.\n\nSolid experience with Power Automate, particularly migrating classic workflows.\n\nPractical experience with Business Rules.\n\nStrong JavaScript development skills.\n\nExperience with C# and Dynamics 365 plugin development.\n\nGood understanding of Power Platform development patterns and best practices.\n\nAbility to develop new functionality as well as support and improve existing CRM solutions.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality, performance, and maintainability.\n\nGood spoken and written English.\n\nNice to Have:\n\nSpecialization in Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Contact Center, or Customer Insights – Journeys.\n\nExperience with Dual Write and Finance & Operations integrations.\n\nExperience with TypeScript.\n\nFrench or German language skills.\n\nStrong understanding of CRM business processes.\n\nExperience working in international or multi-country environments.\n\nAbility to challenge requirements and propose best-practice solutions rather than simply implementing requested functionality.\n\nExperience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).\n\nMicrosoft certifications such as PL-200 or PL-400;
