The CTO remains responsible for technical decisions, architecture, and engineering direction.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDefine and take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business needs.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate internal business processes.\n\nGather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and end users through interviews and discovery sessions.\n\nResearch market solutions and competitors to identify best practices and opportunities.\n\nEvaluate whether business needs can be addressed through existing solutions, integrations, or custom development.\n\nTranslate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nBuild, manage, and prioritize the product backlog.\n\nAnalyze workflows related to procurement, vendor and consultant onboarding, contract management, document management, and approval processes.\n\nCollaborate closely with the CTO and development team to align product priorities with technical feasibility.\n\nCollect user feedback and continuously improve product functionality.\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience in Product Management.\n\nExperience with internal business software, B2B products, enterprise systems, or workflow automation.\n\nStrong understanding of product discovery, strategy, roadmap development, and backlog management.\n\nExperience gathering requirements, conducting stakeholder interviews, and translating business needs into software functionality.\n\nStrong business process analysis and market research skills.\n\nExperience with feature prioritization and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.\n\nUnderstanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, and integrations.\n\nExperience working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.\n\nUpper-Intermediate to Advanced level of English (B2–C1).\n\nNice to have:\n\nExperience with procurement and contract management processes.\n\nKnowledge of contract lifecycle management, vendor management, and approval workflows.\n\nExperience with digital process management and workflow automation.\n\nImportant: A deep technical background is not required, as technical architecture and feasibility assessments are covered by the CTO.
