The platform leverages modern technologies to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and help businesses operate more effectively.\n\nYou will join a small, technically focused team, working on the development and evolution of the platform. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, direct involvement in technical decisions, and the opportunity to build scalable, AI-driven solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack application features using Python, React, and TypeScript.\n\nBuild and optimize backend services, REST APIs, and database integrations.\n\nDevelop responsive, scalable, and maintainable frontend components.\n\nIntegrate AI-powered functionality into the platform.\n\nParticipate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.\n\nTake ownership of features throughout the entire development lifecycle, from requirements to production.\n\nCollaborate closely with product stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.\n\nMaintain high standards of code quality, performance, scalability, and reliability.\n\nRequirements:\n\nStrong commercial experience in Python backend development.\n\nSolid hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.\n\nPractical experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design.\n\nExperience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs.\n\nAbility to independently develop and deliver end-to-end full-stack features.\n\nGood understanding of software architecture, scalability, and maintainable code.\n\nExperience with modern development workflows, including Git and CI/CD practices.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset.\n\nAbility to work autonomously, take ownership of technical tasks, and deliver production-ready solutions.\n\nAdaptability and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.\n\nGood communication skills and English proficiency.\n\nNice to Have:\n\nExperience developing applications using LLMs and AI agents.\n\nFamiliarity with AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Agno, or PydanticAI.\n\nExperience with FastAPI.\n\nKnowledge of vector databases, particularly PostgreSQL with pgvector.\n\nExperience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n\nFamiliarity with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).\n\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools.\n\nPrevious experience working on AI SaaS products or in early-stage startups.\n\nFrench or Dutch language
