This role involves close collaboration with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, well-tested CRM solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Develop plugins, custom workflows, and business logic using C#. \n\n- Customize entities, forms, views, ribbons, and dashboards. \n\n- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. \n\n- Develop custom services using ASP.NET Web API. \n\n- Work with .NET Framework and CRM SDK. \n\n- Support data migration, deployment, and environment management activities. \n\n- Assist with unit testing, UAT, and defect resolution to ensure release quality. \n\n- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. \n\n- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements. \n\n- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security compliance. \n\n- Support deployments and releases as part of the team.\n\nRequired Skills (Must-Have) :\n\n- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2011/2013/2015/2016 - On-Premises). \n\n- Good working knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and CRM SDK. \n\n- Experience in plugin development, custom workflows, and ribbon customization. \n\n- Understanding of CRM architecture and on-premises deployment models. \n\n- Experience with SQL Server, FetchXML, and QueryExpression. \n\n- Basic knowledge of IIS, Windows Authentication, and Active Directory. \n\n- Good debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. \n\n- Clear communication skills for working with business/functional stakeholders.\n\nNice-to-Have :\n\n- Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). \n\n- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket/Bamboo).
