Margin & Utilization Monitoring\nTrack:\nGross margin %\nContribution margin\nBillable utilization\nRealization rates\nIdentify budgetvariances and flag to leadership\n\nSupport burn-ratetracking and financial health indicators\n\n3. Revenue & Forecasting Support\nSupport revenueforecasting (monthly/quarterly)\n\nAssist withpercentage-of-completion tracking\n\nMaintain backlog andpipeline financial trackers\n\nUpdate rolling financialprojections\n\n4. Reporting & Dashboarding\nPrepare standardizedmonthly project financial dashboards\n\nProvide varianceanalysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast)\n\nMaintain centralizedproject financial repository\n\nEnsure reportingaccuracy and timeliness\n\n5.
