Your team will operate alongside many other talented developers and data scientists in Canada, and you will be an integral part of the tech community that MobSquad has built. \nYou will support an applied AI lab changing the way the world sees the world. The flagship foundation computer vision model measures and understands the world in 4D, redefining how industries interact with the physical world through Artificial Spatial Intelligence. You will also work on deep learning research and deployment across semantic and instance segmentation, few-shot learning, 3D reasoning and generative modeling. Specifically, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of computer vision pipelines for extracting comprehensive intelligence from optical imagery.\nYOU WILL\nBuild the components of a state-of-the-art computer vision pipeline for an AI system\nBuild and improve CV models (e.g., Mask2Former, SAM, ViT, Swin) for aerial and oblique imagery\nRun experiments at scale with deep learning frameworks \nDevelop and maintain clean, modular ML infrastructure\nCollaborate on model deployment and inference optimizations\nRead and reproduce ideas from latest papers (CVPR, NeurIPS, and other similar top-tier venues)\nABOUT YOU\nYou have an advanced degree (M.S. or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable analytical field from an accredited institution\nYou have over five years of experience working with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras)\nYou have over five years of experience with relevant languages (Python, Java) and libraries (scikit-learn, Pandas)\nYou have trained segmentation/detection models on real-world data at scale\nYou have experience with generative modeling and large foundation models\nYou have worked in start-ups and can wear many hats\nWHAT YOU'LL GET @MOBSQUAD\nA full-time position that offers competitive compensation\nA benefits program delivered through our bespoke digital platform, giving you control, choice, and flexibility.
