If you want to do the most impactful work of your career, this is where to do it.\nAbout The Role\nWe're looking for independently driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our Pharmacy Operations team. In this role, you'll sit at the center of how medications move from prescription to a patient's doorstep, keeping fulfillment accurate, fast, and reliable. You'll partner closely with our Pharmacy, Clinical, Care, Product, and Data teams to optimize dispensing workflows, strengthen pharmacy partner relationships, and use data to continuously improve the patient experience.\nWhat You'll Do\nOptimize pharmacy fulfillment workflows by identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and continuously improving the path from prescription to delivery.\nMonitor and resolve fulfillment exceptions, including delayed, rejected, or stuck orders, prior authorization holds, and inventory or stock issues, so patients receive their medications on time.\nAnalyze operational data using SQL and other tools to track pharmacy KPIs such as turnaround time, fill rate, and error rate, surface key insights, and drive data-informed decisions.\nAct as a key liaison with pharmacy partners and vendors, ensuring issues are addressed quickly, feedback is gathered, and service levels are met.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Pharmacy, Clinical, Care, Product, and Data teams to develop strategies that improve the patient medication experience.\nSupport innovation in pharmacy operations by researching best practices and industry trends to help shape Mochi's fulfillment roadmap.\nManage and update operational content, including partner communication, training resources, SOPs, and workflows.\nFoster a team-first mindset: humility, collaboration, and partnership are key.\nWho You Are\n0 to 2 years of experience.\nBachelor's Degree in STEM or a related field.\nComfortable working full-time, in-office in our downtown San Francisco office.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills. You know how, when, and what to communicate with confidence and clarity.\nExperience working across teams and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.\nAnalytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to solving problems.\nA strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nInterest in pharmacy, healthcare operations, or supply chain is a plus.\nThe base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 including benefits and stock options.
