This is not a role for someone who wants to hide in the background. You will work directly with the founders and team to create production-ready software.\nWhile this is a collaborative environment, we value autonomy. We are looking for a developer who is ready to take ownership of features, make architectural decisions, and execute with precision.\nKey Details:\n Location: Uxbridge, ON (Strictly On-site)\nType: Full-time\nPay: $60,000 - $80,000 per year\nWhat You’ll Do:\n Build: Create dynamic, responsive web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. You will also have the opportunity to build mobile apps using React Native (experience preferred, but not required).\nCollaborate: Work onsite with experienced developers to translate concepts into clean, production-ready UIs.\nOwn: Manage individual project modules from start to finish, determining the best implementation approach.\nOptimize: Ensure applications are performant, accessible, and cross-device compatible.\nWho You Are:\nYou have 'The Eye': You don’t just write code; you care about the final user interface and pixel-perfect implementation.\nYou are 'High Agency': You don't need to be micro-managed.
