You’ll help support decentralized operations while driving centralized standards around infrastructure, automation, identity, and support practices.Job Description:\nWhat You’ll DoAs a DevOps Engineer, you’ll support and evolve Modaxo’s cloud, security, and system infrastructure, manage shared and business-unit specific environments, and ensure operational excellence across a wide spectrum of technologies.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure)\n\nOwn and manage DNS, networking, VPNs, and infrastructure components across hybrid environments\n\nAdminister and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and JumpCloud directory services\n\nIntegrate and manage identity and access using Okta and SSO technologies\n\nSupport and maintain Cloudflare configurations (DNS, WAF, Zero Trust)\n\nLead and evolve DevOps practices: infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, automation\n\nProvide remote system administration support for Windows, macOS, and Linux environments\n\nOversee and participate in L1/L2 IT support escalations where required across the portfolio\n\nMonitor system health and performance, respond to incidents, and support on-call operations as needed\n\nPartner with Business Unit IT teams to support infrastructure, security, and operational needs\n\nEnsure alignment with cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA)\n\nWhat You Bring\n5+ years of experience in a DevOps, CloudOps, or Systems Engineering role\n\nStrong hands-on experience with both AWS and Azure\n\nExperience with JumpCloud, Azure AD, and M365 administration\n\nProficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)\n\nDeep understanding of networking, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and routing\n\nExperience with Okta (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management)\n\nComfortable supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux systems\n\nSolid experience with Cloudflare management\n\nAbility to work across multiple business units with varying technical maturity\n\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindset\n\nNice to Have\nExperience supporting a decentralized, multi-entity IT environment\n\nFamiliarity with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or other CI/CD platforms\n\nExposure to containerization (Docker, ECS, AKS, Kubernetes)\n\nKnowledge of endpoint management (Intune,
