Do the right thing, every time.\nJob Summary: The Inventory Operations Analyst supports the day-to-day management of Model 1’s vehicle inventory by coordinating inventory operations, maintaining accurate data, improving business processes, and providing reporting and analytical support. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and manufacturer representatives to ensure inventory information is accurate, orders are processed efficiently, and the business has the visibility needed to make informed decisions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership of their work. service\nResponsibilities\nInventory Operations\nProcess and maintain vehicle orders and related documentation.\nMonitor inventory and support inventory purchasing and strategy decisions.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and documentation across systems.\nImprove workflows and operational efficiency by reducing manual work and standardizing processes.\nCoordinate across departments to improve inventory communication, visibility, and decision-making.\nServe as a primary resource for inventory-related questions.\nSupport special projects and business initiatives as assigned.\nReporting & Business Analysis\nCreate, maintain, and improve recurring inventory reports, dashboards, and scorecards.\nAnalyze aging, availability, turnover, and purchasing activity.\nResearch inventory-related questions, identify key trends or risks, and provide clear recommendations to internal stakeholders.\nMonitor data integrity, perform validation checks, and resolve discrepancies.\nSupport floorplan audits and verification activities.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated initiative, accountability, and follow-through.\nPreferred\nExperience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.\nExperience with ERP, Dealer Management System (DMS), or inventory management software.\nExperience supporting process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives.\nExperience in automotive, commercial vehicles, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or inventory management.\nPay
