coordinate daily operational activities, including production, logistics and material management.\nProcess Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency to reduce costs, and increase overall productivity.\nTeam Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of staff members, setting clear goals, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative work environment.\nBudget Management: Monitor location expenditures and ensure financial targets are met\nProblem Resolution: Address operational issues and challenges promptly, implementing effective solutions to mitigate Fixed Operations and Sales to support location initiatives and objectives.\nQualifications\nMinimum Job Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision with a proven track record of managing teams, driving performance, and optimizing processes.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency in process improvement methodologies.\nExceptional performance management skills\nEffective communication and
