Executive Assistant to Group Management (a) 80-100%

Das ist Ihre Aufgabe

  • Operative und strategische Zusammenarbeit mit der Unternehmensleitung der Model Group
  • Aktive und verantwortliche Mitarbeit in Projekten der Gruppe
  • Dynamisches Aufgabenportfolio, welches ökonomische Wissen und Entrepreneurship erfordert
  • Sicherstellen aller administrativen Sekretariats- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
  • Direct Report an den Group CFO

Das zeichnet Sie aus

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Persönliche Integrität und Diskretion
  • Hohe Selbständigkeit; Bereitschaft, proaktiv auf interne und externe Stakeholder zuzugehen und sie wo nötig und sinnvoll einzubinden
  • Erfahrung in Projektmanagement
  • Stilsichere Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen IT-Tools
