At Model ML, you don’t use software-you collaborate with it.\nThe Role:\nWe’re looking for a world-class Brand Designer to define and scale the design function from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape visual identity, communications, and user experience. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves ambiguity, thrives on ownership, and wants to build a brand for a cutting-edge AI company from scratch.\nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For:\nBuild and evolve Model ML’s visual identity, ensuring every screen, slide, and asset reflects our ambition.\nLead concept development, storyboarding, shooting, and editing for digital-first content.\nCreate eye-catching static social content-banners, carousels, and thumbnails.\nDesign and animate motion graphics that bring our brand and campaigns to life.\nTranslate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories across formats (sizzle reels, teasers, product explainers).\nCollaborate with marketing, sales, and product design teams to ensure the brand’s visual identity is consistent and compelling across every touchpoint.\nOversee post-production (editing, sound, colour, captioning) while maintaining a high bar for craft.\nExperiment with emerging creative and AI tools to enhance workflows and push our content forward.\nSet up design operations and standards that can scale with the company.\nWhat You Can Expect:\nYou’ll be building from zero-no templates, no red tape.\nYou’ll collaborate directly with the CEO, Marketing Lead, and Sales team, influencing brand and visual identity at the highest level.\nPriorities will shift. Deadlines will tighten. You’ll be uncomfortable-but constantly learning.\nIt will be the most creatively and intellectually demanding work of your career.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n3-5 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, video editing, and/or content creation in B2B Tech/AI/Financial Services space preferred (agency or in-house creative team a plus).\nStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a solid understanding of video editing and social content tools, including platforms and workflows commonly used in motion and video production.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating your graphic design, motion design, static content, and video production range, with an eye for design, pacing, and storytelling.\nProven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nExperience using (and interest in experimenting with) generative AI tools in creative production.\nAbility to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals across formats.\nA thoughtful, opinionated design aesthetic-but open to iteration and feedback.\nExcellent communication and storytelling skills-you’ll be the steward of brand and visual design at Model ML.\nDeep ambition to help build a generational company.\nWhat We Offer:\nDirect access to the founding team (2x YC-backed exits).\nCompetitive salary + meaningful equity.\nA rare chance to define how enterprise AI should feel and function.\nA culture of high trust, high intensity, and high impact.\nTo Close:\nWe’re assembling a small team of people who want to build something iconic-and are willing to sacrifice for it.
