At Model ML, you don’t use software-you collaborate with it.\nThe Role:\nWe’re looking for a world-class Design Lead to define and scale the design function from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape user experience, system design, and visual identity. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves ambiguity, thrives on ownership, and wants to craft the interface of enterprise AI.\nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For:\nDefine and lead the product and visual design strategy across the company.\nTranslate complex AI workflows into elegant, intuitive user experiences.\nCreate and maintain a scalable design system that serves both internal and external users.\nOwn the end-to-end design process-from user research to wireframes to pixel-perfect UI.\nWork closely with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints.\nUphold and evolve Model ML’s visual identity, ensuring every screen, slide, and asset reflects our ambition.\nSet up design operations and standards that can scale with the company.\nWhat You Can Expect:\nYou’ll be building from zero-no templates, no red tape.\nPriorities will shift. Deadlines will tighten. You’ll be uncomfortable-but constantly learning.\nYou’ll collaborate directly with the CEO and CTO, influencing product decisions at the highest level.\nIt will be the most creatively and intellectually demanding work of your career.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of B2B SaaS or technical products.
