With offices in London, New York, and Hong Kong, we’re building the category-defining enterprise AI platform.\nThe future we’re building is one where your entire digital workflow-emails, meetings, research, documents, data analysis-is intelligently managed by an AI model that’s deeply personalised to you. At Model ML, you don’t use software-you collaborate with it.\nThe Role:\nWe’re looking for a world-class Marketing Lead to build and scale our marketing function from the ground up. This is not a brand awareness gig. You’ll work directly with the founders to define go-to-market strategy, build high-converting campaigns, and create credibility through content, partnerships, and events. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is obsessed with outcomes, and wants to define the story of a breakout AI company.\nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For:\nDefine and execute the company’s marketing strategy, from positioning and messaging to channel mix and campaign planning.\nBuild and scale demand generation across our target customer segments (investment banks, private equity, and top-tier consultancies).\nDevelop content and credibility assets: case studies, white papers, thought leadership, partner co-marketing, events, and press.\nOwn our online presence-website, social media, product announcements-and make sure it reflects our category-defining ambition.\nWork closely with sales, product, and partnerships to align messaging and maximize impact across the funnel.\nEstablish and track clear performance metrics and continuously iterate for growth.\nWhat You Can Expect:\nIt will be incredibly challenging-but also the most exhilarating work you’ll ever do.\nYou’ll be building from zero: no playbook, no bureaucracy.\nPriorities will shift. Deadlines will tighten.
