While you’ll learn and work within this central team, you’ll also partner closely with multidisciplinary product teams, shaping initiatives that improve design talent, delivery & culture.\nYou’ll be part of Wise’s global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system. Because people without borders need money without borders.\nYour mission:\nYou'll be mentored by several Design & Research Operations team members at Wise, collaborating with other Wisers and fellow grads on cross-functional projects. We plan our focus areas every quarter, and your mission will be mapped out with your lead. You’ll have plenty of room to grow and help to define your scope.\nHere’s how you’ll contribute:\nOperational support: Help execute Design leadership visions and keep day-to-day community operations running smoothly by setting up collaborative initiatives, coordinating across teams, and gathering feedback on impact\n Program management: Support end-to-end program delivery across the design community (e.g., coordinating global product feature rollouts across design, research, and cross-functional teams).\nCapability building: Support the drive for overall team maturity and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, introducing new practices or training, and boosting the design community's efficiency.\nQualifications\nWhat does it take? These things are a must:\nYou are graduating in 2026 or 2027 from a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design/Design Management, Project/Program Management, Creative Production, Operations, Organisational Psychology or similar. \nYou are able to start a full time graduate job in September 2027 and are eligible to work in London\nYou are passionate about design, human behavior, psychology, or project/program management, with an interest in improving how design communities operate.\nYou have atrack record of identifying inefficiencies and taking initiative to drive positive change or optimize processes during university, personal projects, or extracurriculars.\nAnd this would be great, but aren’t essential:\nFamiliarity with foundational agile concepts, project organization, or structured problem-solving methods\n\nAdditional Information\nWhat you get back:\nHave a real impact.
