The coordinator will also know where to find expert advice through being in close touch with the people operations team in our global offices and the talent acquisition operation team.\n\nIs comfortable solving queries via emails, calls, zoom meetings as well as face-to-face interactions.\n\nAbility to show integrity and maintain confidentiality at all times, especially when dealing with sensitive data or PII\n\nRecruitment process coordination\nUnderstanding our tools such as the ATS system and Cronofy (scheduling tool)\n\nCoordinate interviews and other recruitment activities across multiple time zones globally\n\nConduct thorough candidate briefings on interview processes, assessment criteria, ensuring candidates are well-prepared for each stage of the recruitment process\n\nManage all Workday activity for all early career admin e.g. updating candidate records\n\nFacilitate in-person assessments days for candidates, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth running of assessment activities\n\nConduct background screenings\n\nProcess improvement\nWorks closely with the Programmes and Experience Specialist in identifying areas of improvement within existing HR processes to improve overall candidate experience\n\nEvent Coordination\nWork closely with the WiseStart Employer Brand Specialist to coordinate early career events, including managing catering arrangements, venue logistics, and ensuring compliance with non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).\n\nVisa and Compliance:\nDevelop a comprehensive understanding of visa requirements and compliance regulations relevant to international candidates.\n\nKeeps up to date with business changes and HR legal/policy/process changes\n\nManage the process for necessary documentation for eligible candidates.\n\nSeeks feedback and acts on it to improve their performance and overall capability.\n\nInvoice Processing and Budget management\nManage invoice processing and budgeting activities related to recruitment expenses.
