Your time will be spent working and learning in product teams, where you’ll shape useful, usable, and memorable customer experiences.You’ll be part of Wise’s global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system. Because people without borders need money without borders.\nYour mission:\nYou'll be mentored by several UX Researchers at Wise, collaborating with other Wisers and fellow grads on cross-functional projects. We plan our focus areas every quarter, and your mission will be mapped out with your lead. You’ll have plenty of room to grow and help to define your scope.\nYou will spend the first 10 months working in a product team, where you’ll shape useful, usable, and memorable customer experiences. You will then rotate into a second 12 month placement with a different team and add breadth and depth to the skills you developed in your first placement. At the end of the 22 month grad programme you will settle into your permanent role in the Regional Squad.\nHere’s how you’ll contribute:\nYou’ll focus on building empathy for our customers, developing a deep understanding of their needs and helping your teams use those insights to make better decisions.\n\nYou’ll be honing and flexing your quantitative and qualitative research craft skills while working closely with others to deliver measurable, lasting impact.\n\nYou will have flexibility in how and where you work. We understand everyone needs a little something different - so we’ll do our best to make it happen, but we recommend coming to the office as much as possible in your first months.\n\nYou’ll learn to connect research insights with customer behaviour data and analytics to build a more complete understanding of customer needs.\n\nQualifications\nWhat does it take? These things are a must:\nYou aregraduating in 2027 or you’ve graduated in 2026 with a Bachelors or Masters degree.\n\nYou are able to start work in a full-time role in September 2027\n\nYou’re naturally curious about people and ready to question assumptions about people\n\nYou’reinterested in building a career in User/Design Research\n\nYou have a good understanding of different qualitative and quantitative research methods and are interested in applying them in a commercial setting\n\nYou’ve been accountable during your studies for all or a part of a project from start to finish, and are able to talk about how you planned the research, picked your methodology, and your approach to data analysis\n\nYou’re able to clearly rationalise your decisions to other team members\n\nYou’re confident talking about key insights, learnings, and, if applicable, the impact of your work\n\nWe don’t expect you will have a portfolio of UX projects you have worked on, we’re hoping to hear from great social researchers who want to work at pace on impactful projects, without the constraints of academia.\nAnd these would be great, but aren’t essential:\nUnderstanding of how to design responsive web experiences.\n\nYou’re curious about learning from user testing and iterating on your work.\n\nYou have knowledge or experience of creating production ready deliverables\n\nAdditional Information\nWhat you get back:\nHave a real impact.
