This would mean finding the right balance and friction to deflect bad actors whilst providing legitimate users with a good experience.\nIn this role, you will also have a unique opportunity to work across a horizontal team and collaborate with other domains like Onboarding, Fincrime, Finance, Product verticals and so on.\nFor more information on our Analytics Career Map and levelling structure, click here.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:\nDerive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions, to help support and improve onboarding and access to Wise for new and existing customers\n\nPartnering with your product manager, engineers and designers throughout the product development lifecycle to build and iterate product changes based on your insights\n\nEvaluate high impact areas of opportunity, find ways to support & accelerate, or identify and advocate for better alternatives\n\nBuild automated data pipelines and dashboards to minimise repetitive tasks and allow data self-serve\n\nHelp your team understand their progress and communicate this outside of your team by defining and reporting on KPIs that measure what matters\n\nCollaborate with cross functional teams to identify and prioritise opportunities for AI-driven automation and insight generation\n\nQualifications\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING:\nYou have strong quantitative skills with hands-on data manipulation and analysis, advanced SQL skills and experience working with data pipelines\n\nYou have strong communication skills and an ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions\n\nYou have experience working with data visualisation tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau etc.) and Python/R\n\nYou have the ability to derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions, from improving our onboarding flow to reducing friction and saving costs\n\nCreative problem solving skills and an ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment\n\nLeverage AI tools and machine learning techniques to improve analytics outcomes and discover new, critical insights.\n\nNICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:\nKnowledge of the FinTech ecosystem\n\nKnowledge of the Fraud and Authentication space\n\nAdditional Information\nWhat do we offer:\nSalary: £75,000 - £115,000\n\nCompany Restricted Stock Units\n\nNumerous great benefits in our London office\n\nKey benefits:\nHybrid working\n\nPaid annual holiday, sick days, parental leave and other leave opportunities\n\n6 weeks of paid sabbatical after 4 years at Wise on top of annual leave\n\nFor everyone, everywhere.
