You’ll attend internal and external calls, understand the payroll requirements to set up in the country and work with internal teams to support the implementation.\nThis role will include partnering with our third-party payroll vendor and their advisors to understand each country's unique requirements.\nThe specifics:\nLead end to end payroll projects supporting growth and expansion\n\nDevelop and manage project plans and timelines, capture risks\n\nPartner with internal teams to ensure alignment in the projects\n\nAssess payroll readiness for new markets\n\nManage external vendors\n\nLead build, testing and sign off for go live readiness\n\nMonitor project risks, issues, dependencies and ensure stakeholders are updated\n\nSupport post implementation hyper care period\n\nYour challenges:\nWe’re evolving our payroll model - you’ll have the chance to bring your brainpower and prior experience to help us build an outstanding payroll team as we continue to grow and scale\nYou’ll assist to create efficiencies in our current ways of working and help us develop new ways of payroll processing\nQualifications\nA bit about you:\nProject Management - Experience in leading payroll projects and delivering on time\nAbove average tech skills - Particularly with Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Excel for use of pivot tables, charts, etc - as well as being proficient in using payroll software\nCollaborative - You’ll have a passion and skill for building strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect\nDetail focused - You’ll have an eye for the details and an appreciation of data and analytics, using these two skills to drive your decisions\nAdaptable - You will be as comfortable working with ambiguity as you are with certainty. We need someone who can be agile enough to respond to changing priorities but be able to hold clear on the long-term path ahead\nCuriosity to learn & grow - We don’t expect you to be an expert, but we’ll need you to have a positive, can-do attitude - with a willingness to learn new things\nAbility to multi-task - You must be able to handle multiple tasks - often at the same time. You’ll also have the ability to start, stop, pick-up and complete tasks on a recurring basis\nTeamwork focused - You excel in a teamwork-oriented setting.
