The goal for you, in this role will be to focus on and affect the parts of our product that will help us scale 10x as we enable core functionality for global money transfers.\nHere’s how you’ll be contributing:\nYou’ll derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions, which includes funnel analysis to optimize conversions across the customer journey from onboarding, retention to reactivation\n\nYou’ll partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to set growth KPIs for the region and monitor the impact of new product features on conversion, stickiness and engagement\n\nYou’ll help to understand our customers to uncover unmet needs to support on strategic product discovery research for new product opportunities\n\nYou’ll help building conviction on high-value areas and challenging them if there are faster or more effective ways to grow the market\n\nYou’ll contribute to a collaborative team environment, where ideas are shared and openness is valued\n\nThis role will give you the opportunity to:\nChoose your path to impact - we believe people are most empowered when they can act autonomously. Of course, you can always gather feedback from smart, curious people across Wise but you’ll have the freedom to make your own calls\n\nGrow as a Product Analyst - Grow and inspire your team and others across Wise\n\nGet amazing exposure to the full breadth and depth of our product while working with a group of multi disciplinary teams of amazing, smart and dedicated product analysts, engineers, product managers, researchers, designers and many more\n\nThe freedom to have real impact - The opportunities you’ll identify are key to Wise reaching future millions of customers and redefining how payments work internationally at scale\n\nA fun work environment with loads of social activities and events at your team and analytics community level\n\nBe part of our mission to make money without borders the new normal\n\nIdeal candidate would have:\nAt least 2 years of relevant experience in a data driven and complex environment with limited guidance\n\nStrong analytical mind and product intuition\n\nTechnical skill-set in Python, advanced SQL, BI tools\n\nExperience working with technical teams (PMs, engineers, designers, analysts)\n\nUnderstanding of events data - Mixpanel / Google Analytics / Amplitude or similar\n\nExcellent data visualisation and presentation skills\n\nHustler-mentality. You can take work beyond the analysis and get things done.\n\nGood to have:\nKnowledge of the fintech ecosystem\n\nKnowledge of utilities like Airflow/Github/DBT\n\nExperience on funnel optimization\n\nExperience in Data Science and Machine Learning\n\nInterest in learning new tools\n\nAdditional Information\nFor everyone, everywhere.
