We need timely, accurate and scalable financial data to make accurate business decisions inside the company.\nDue to continued and rapid growth we’re on the hunt for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Growth and Strategic Finance Team in London. You’ll be part of the team that helps pilot the rocket ship.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nYour principal responsibility will be to generate insights that lead us to better decisions for the company and our customers\n\nCurating datasets, surfacing metrics, some statistical modelling, and deeper dive analysis that we expect to influence the direction of the team and the company\n\nDepending on the project you’re working on, you’ll doing the following:\nHelping us understand what’s driving our growth at a company or regional level\n\nUnderstand our customer segments and cohorts, and how they contribute to our growth\n\nTie our customer acquisition and activity to marketing or product initiatives, to measure the realised financial return of those initiatives\n\nWho you are:\n3 years experience in similar roles\n\nMathematical or quantitative background\n\nStrong SQL skills\n\nFamiliarity with Python/R\n\nStrong analytical ability\n\nDecent understanding of stats and statistical modelling\n\nData visualisation and storytelling ability\n\nAbility to self organise and manage stakeholders\n\nDemonstration of impact/going above and beyond basic role requirements\n\nDesirable\nDBT\n\nData modelling in a warehouse context\n\nUnderstanding of testing and experimental design\n\nLegally authorised to work in the UK\n\nPlease note that Wise does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
