In this role, you will be part of the team that designs and enhances products for our diverse global customers and Wise’s operations agents, with a particular focus on transactions and funds movement.\nOur FinCrime agents play a crucial role in identifying suspicious transactions, combating cybercrime, and ensuring Wise's security. You will collaborate with product teams to transform complex workflows into intuitive and user-friendly mobile and web experiences, while making the investigation process as seamless as possible for our customers.\nThis is a unique opportunity to design end-to-end experiences across our Personal and Business products. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of Wise and our mission - money without borders.\nHere’s how you’ll be contributing:\nYou will develop a deep understanding of Wise customers and their goals.\n\nYou will engage with agents to build empathy and gain insight into the challenges they face when using our internal products.\n\nYou will leverage your full range of Product Design skills to discover, design, and deliver simple, crafted mobile and web experiences that both agents and customers love, while helping Wise reduce operational costs.\n\nYou will play an influential role in your team, enhancing customer-centricity, creativity, and design quality.\n\nYou will fully partner with your cross-functional team to define the roadmap and ensure that you collectively work on the most impactful work for our customers.\n\nThis role will give you the opportunity to:\nShip work you’re proud of. We’re fixing a broken, greedy system, and putting people and businesses in control of their money.\n\nAbout you:\nYou’ve got a portfolio of well-crafted, impactful work that solves real problems for real people.\n\nYou have experience designing for mobile and web desktop surfaces - including customer experiences and internal tools.\n\nYou default to prototyping when presenting your work.\n\nYou understand that good design is often a journey to identify the right thing to build, using early concepts and prototypes to help build conviction along the way.\n\nYou’ve worked with design systems to produce beautiful and functional design that scales.\n\nYou practise evidence-based design, and can rationalise your decisions clearly and credibly.
