You will facilitate leadership and onboarding programs, design and execute targeted learning strategies, and drive engagement in global learning initiatives. Collaborating with regional teams, you will ensure seamless training delivery and maintain a comprehensive global learning calendar. Additionally, you will conduct learning needs analysis and provide data-driven insights for stakeholders. You will serve as a local point of contact for core products, ensuring data integrity and regular content updates. Your role will require strong project management, data interpretation, and stakeholder management skills, with an emphasis on strategic thinking and adaptability. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong ability to navigate change and apply data-driven insights for impactful learning solutions.\nQualifications\nResponsibilities\nFacilitation\nPrimary facilitator of Company Onboarding\n\nSecondary facilitator of Leadership Development products\n\nDelivers offsites in location where suitable\n\nLearning Partnering\nResponsible for development and execution of learning strategy at the squad level\n\nConducts Learning Needs Analysis\n\nProvide data and insights during MBRs and QBRs for relevant stakeholders on all learning activities of supported group(s)\n\nWork with regional teams to ensure training delivery in supported locations\n\nMaintain global learning calendar for supported assignment(s)\n\nDrive engagement for global learning initiatives within supported assignment(s).\n\nCoaching and Mentoring\nSupport coaching and mentoring requests for region\n\nCoach and mentor new team members\n\nProduct Ownership\nServe as local POC for core product\n\nEnsure proper data hygiene for products at regional level\n\nEnsure regular cadence of content updates and program enhancements as needed\n\nCore skills\nStrong proficiency in project management and design thinking.\n\nConsultative approach to problem-solving, applying data-driven insights to create tailored solutions.\n\nConfidence in interpreting data and producing data-led, visually compelling presentations.\n\nOrganised, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.\n\nAdept at stakeholder management, communicating effectively with diverse teams to encourage collaboration.\n\nStrong facilitation skills\n\nKey attributes\nAware of important developments within the business and industry trends relating to people and organisational development.\n\nStrategic mindset in developing talent initiatives, understanding the bigger picture and how individual actions fit into the broader suite of talent development services.\n\nComfortable navigating uncertainty and rapid change; adaptable to evolving business needs.\n\nProactive and self-starting, anticipating potential challenges or opportunities and proposing solutions.\n\nWillingness to contribute beyond one’s own role, collaborating with colleagues to achieve collective objectives.\n\nEnthusiasm for collecting, processing, and applying data to streamline workflows and drive successful team projects.\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to coordinate large-scale initiatives.\n\nMeticulous attention to detail and a passion for high-quality, visually appealing deliverables.\n\nAdditional Information\nFor everyone, everywhere.
